A hundred-and-fifty million years in the making. Mostly this is about conjuring that state of nameless intensity - staring, weeping, shaking, laughing - that comes with obsessing way too much over sounds that are dramatic and bleak. You need to find a piece of music that seems fantastically dark, strange and evocative - almost impossibly so. Then play it on loop, in the dark, alone, at least 20 times. Fifty is better. A hundred will totally do it. Get sucked in - become dissolved by it - transformed. If you're neither weeping nor laughing nor feeling like you're flying, then you're not doing it right. Find new thoughts - new realities - inside that music. Altered states of consciousness. Just by looping some weird EDM track that makes you feel kinda spooky. I kid you not.
ΔLLICØRN is a relatively new discovery for me. I now kneel before the altar of ΔLLICØRN praying for a blessing of moar music. :) btw: "Promised Fall", not on this cd, is seductively amazing. valhalla1240
